Unfortunately, the GNCC indoor camera is compatible only with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and does not support 5G. For a stable connection, it is recommended to keep the distance between the camera and the router close.

While the camera cannot be rotated remotely using the app, you can adjust it to the desired angle and view the feed via the Osaio app. If the screen appears upside down, you may need to enable the "Rotate Image" option in the camera's settings.

If you find that the camera is unable to record video to the SD card, it is possible that the card is not recognized by the device. In such cases, please try using an 8-64GB SD card formatted in FAT32.
